Using the Subject Site Search

The video below explains how the Subject Site Search functionality can be used to retrieve site data.

00:01: In this guidance video, I'm going to take you through the subject site search and Rico you will learn how to add merge split and save site information within the application.

00:16: Click the add sides button to begin adding a new site to your project.

00:26: You can add sites by typing in the address legal description or record of title.

00:34: Select the correct site from the search results.

00:39: An aerial preview of the site is now available for you to review.

00:48: This page provides you an opportunity to review legal site details this information is pulled from linds.

00:59: Click save to load the subject site to your project.

01:02: Now that the site is loaded on your project. You can scroll down this page to see legal information about the site, depending on the location. Gis information may be available on Rico to use.

01:18: now let's look at emerging multiple sites in Rico

01:21: If you would like to add surrounding sites to your project, you can simply do this by clicking on the neighboring sites. They will now show in a list above the aerial image.

01:32: It's important to add here that you can also add sites by simply typing in the search field.

01:39: to merger sites button

01:43: By default the sites will automatically be selected if you would like to exclude a site simply deselect it.

01:51: Click the emerge selected option to combine multiple sites.

01:55: to review site details click next

01:59: This is an optional step but provides you with an opportunity to edit any project site details.

02:06: Here's an example of adjusting site details such as a site name.

02:11: Click next to proceed to saving.

02:14: Click save to load the site to your project.

02:18: I'll now be taking you through how to split sights retrospectively.

02:23: Selected on the subject site page to make any changes to the subject site loaded on your project.

02:30: Select edit sites.

02:33: Click the split selected option to separate combined sites.

02:58: Click save to load the edited site to your project.
