Occasionally, sites can be difficult to find, particularly larger rural sites or those comprised of multiple parcels of land. This article helps troubleshoot getting you to the right site from whatever reference point you're starting at.
The title reference is often the most reliable. If you have this handy, you can search this directly in the site search.
Some titles have multiple parcels, to add each of these, you'll need to search the reference again, and add any relevant additional parcels.
If you don't have a title reference, you can find this in LINZ Data Service. Make sure you have NZ Property Titles layer added:
Select the NZ Property Titles Layer, and you will see the title:
